Terms & Conditions

Our guarantees, scrub policy, and your peace of mind — in plain code.

⚡ TL;DR: You're covered. All leads are delivered within 30 days, verified by PIN + real‑time email, match the type you selected, and are guaranteed by postcode. If something's off, you get a refund or rolling credits. We apply a 10% scrub cap on leads outside your criteria (at our discretion).

01. Delivery guarantee (30 days max)

We commit to delivering all leads you purchase within 30 calendar days from the date of order. Delivery occurs via email and/or your client dashboard. If we fail to deliver the full quantity within this period, you are entitled to either:

  • Full refund on the undelivered portion, or
  • Rolling credits applied to future months (no expiry).

02. Refund & rolling credit policy

If leads are not delivered within 30 days, simply contact us. You choose: refund (to original payment method) or rolling credit (usable anytime for any lead type). Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Credits never expire and can be transferred between campaigns.

For leads that are delivered but do not match the criteria outlined in clause 5, you may also request a refund/credit on a per‑lead basis – subject to our 10% scrub cap (clause 3).

03. 10% scrub allowance (discretionary)

We stand by our targeting, but we also allow for a fair margin. You may request credit/refund for up to 10% of your monthly leads that fall outside your selected criteria (e.g. wrong postcode, wrong project type).

  • Scrub requests must be made within 7 days of lead delivery.
  • Approval is at QuoteLeads' discretion after a quick manual check.
  • If more than 10% of your order is problematic, we will either replace all of them or refund the whole batch – we don't mess around.

04. Area guarantee – postcode precise

All leads are guaranteed to be within the postcode(s) you select at purchase. We use IP geo‑validation and form confirmation to ensure the lead's stated location matches their actual area. If a lead falls outside your target postcode(s) and you notify us within 7 days, it counts toward your scrub cap (or we replace it immediately).

05. Verification (PIN & email)

Every lead we deliver undergoes real‑time double verification:

  • PIN verification – a unique code sent via SMS to the mobile number; must be entered correctly.
  • Real‑time email verification – we check that the email address exists, is formatted correctly, and can receive mail (no disposable/temporary domains).

This guarantees that 100% of our leads are contactable. If you ever receive a lead with a dead phone line or hard‑bouncing email, it falls under the 10% scrub policy and we'll replace or credit immediately.

06. Lead type guarantee

When you purchase a specific lead type (e.g. "Decking & Pergolas", "Fencing", "Modular & Granny Flats"), we guarantee that the lead's primary project matches that category. Our qualification funnel asks project‑specific questions and only tags the lead with the type you've selected if the homeowner confirms it.

If a lead is mislabelled (e.g. you bought fencing but the lead is actually for a bathroom), it's an automatic scrub – full credit or replacement, no questions, and does not count toward the 10% cap.

07. General provisions

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. CarpentryLeads.au is a product of QuoteLeads. We reserve the right to update these terms, but any changes will not affect existing orders. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force.
